Warranty Coverage
4D Prisma guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Batteries are covered for ninety (90) days. This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact 4D Prisma within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover physical damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, or other hazards.

Refunds, Repairs, and Warranty Claims
Refunds, repairs, and warranty claims are evaluated based on various factors, including the product’s price, age, and expected lifespan. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, 4D Prisma will decide whether to address the problem through repair, replacement, or refund. If the customer disagrees with our decision, they have the right to pursue the matter further through their State’s small claims court process.
Process for Return and Refunds
Approved refund requests will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. To initiate a return or refund, please contact 4D Prisma customer service with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Non-Delivery Returns
If an order is returned to 4D Prisma due to non-delivery, we will refund the invoice amount minus delivery costs and an administration fee of $58.
