Pix4D accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfers (only available for 3-year and perpetual licenses).

Pix4D subscriptions are renewed month-to-month or yearly. They can be cancelled at anytime before the renewal date.

Personal Support and Upgrades (S&U) is a yearly license which includes ticket-based support and software upgrades.

For monthly or yearly subscriptions, it is automatically included during their entire duration. For perpetual licenses, it is included for the first 12 months after the purchase.

*S&U can be purchased and kept renewed at 10% of the regular list price annually and at 20% of the regular list price if the renewal deadline is missed.

Yes. You can either add PIX4Dcloud to your subscription plan or contact our sales team for further assistance.
You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time from your Pix4D user account. Any downgrade changes, including cancellations, will be reflected only at the end of your existing billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, it will not autorenew and you will not be billed at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds.
